2. What data we process and why

When you contact us through the form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to you and handle your request, for example to prepare an offer.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep data

We keep messages while handling your request and for a maximum of 2 years afterwards. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep the data for the period required by accounting and other legal regulations.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is technically processed by our web hosting and e-mail provider acting as our processor. We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or any analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not by third parties. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

For security reasons, the hosting provider’s server may briefly log technical access data (such as IP address and time of visit). Should we start using cookies in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent before using them.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Just write to us at the e-mail addresses above.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
